Grant Application

APPLICATION PROCESS OVERVIEW

  1. School stakeholders meet to discuss the project, reach consensus, articulate their vision, and develop their plan and budget.
  2. A grant proposal is created that includes the following:
    • Cover sheet with contact information and a one-sentence summary of the proposed project.
    • An in-depth description of the proposed project including:
      • Brief history and distinguishing characteristics of your school.
      • Description of the stakeholders and their involvement with the proposal.
      • Your vision for the project and the impact it will have on your school.
      • Project timeline and implementation plan.
      • Project budget.
      • All necessary supporting documents.
  3. Once submitted, grant proposals are carefully evaluated and as many qualified applicants as possible are funded.

Proposals may be submitted throughout the year. There is no application deadline; however, grants will be made on a first-come first-served basis until the target of 400 grants is reached. As noted in the application guidelines, proposals shall be submitted to:
