Grant Application
APPLICATION PROCESS OVERVIEW
- School stakeholders meet to discuss the project, reach consensus, articulate their vision, and develop their plan and budget.
- A grant proposal is created that includes the following:
- Cover sheet with contact information and a one-sentence summary of the proposed project.
- An in-depth description of the proposed project including:
- Brief history and distinguishing characteristics of your school.
- Description of the stakeholders and their involvement with the proposal.
- Your vision for the project and the impact it will have on your school.
- Project timeline and implementation plan.
- Project budget.
- All necessary supporting documents.
- Once submitted, grant proposals are carefully evaluated and as many qualified applicants as possible are funded.

Proposals may be submitted throughout
the year. There is no application deadline; however, grants will be made on
a first-come first-served basis until the target of 400 grants is reached. As
noted in the application guidelines, proposals shall be submitted to:
